As Zoom expanded into a comprehensive communication platform, the mobile app required a fresh, scalable framework to support its growing feature set and deliver a smoother, more cohesive user experience.

The mobile interface felt disconnected, with outdated visuals and inconsistent interactions that caused confusion and didn’t scale well. I led the effort to build a unified design framework, working closely with product and feature teams to create a more consistent, seamless experience across Zoom Workplace.

I prioritized updates and account switching—two essential mobile actions—and led a redesign to streamline these flows, making them faster, more intuitive, and seamless for users.
Cross-app navigation
I reimagined the "More" tab as a half sheet to simplify navigation and surface key features. This new design empowers users to customize their tab bar based on what matters most to them.
